Blended Learning is a new type of learning in the information age and is being accepted by more and more universities. In a blended learning context, classroom instruction is no longer the primary source of knowledge and online self-directed learning also becomes a major learning method. In this environment,if students can master the correct learning methods and improve self-learning ability is particularly important.Learning reflection as a high-level thinking activities, mainly students can study, adjust, and improve their own learning process and research or critize their accepted knowledge in the learning process. At the same time, under the development of information environment Information technology training has become the indispensable accomplishments for every prospective teacher. To master the correct learning methods in a blended learning environment is the first step to improve the efficiency of self-learning.Through literature review found that has less research on the combination of reflective activities and teaching skills. Moreover, there is a lack of reflection in the learning process of learners.Based on this question, choosing the PowerPoint and Microcourse two learning topics and reflection activities for teaching.Through the experimental comparison and verify the influence of reflection on the learning effect of courseware production course. The main focus of this study is to explore whether reflection also has a positive effect on skill-based operational learning.and discussion different frequency and depth of reflection can have an impact on the learning effect. Therefore, based on the previous study of reflection and design the experimental reflection of this activity.Choosing two classes carry out the "modern education technology" course this semester in Zhejiang Normal University as the experimental class and control class. Both classes are the same teacher coaching, majors are similar, and are using a hybrid teaching, experimental content for the production of courseware class. The experiment time is two month, and through data analysis, reached the following conclusions:1.Learning reflection has a positive impact on the ability of normal students to master courseware production.Mainly for the experimental group in the second round of work results and the total score of the class is better than the control class, and there are significant differences between the results.in addition, the platform learning performance is higher than the control class, indicating self-learning effect is better in experimental class.2.There are differences in the ability of producing courseware between different frequency groups.Mainly for a significant difference between the low-frequency reflexive group and the high-frequency reflexive group. In the second round of experiments, students in the low-frequency reflective group had significant differences in performance and the final total score of the class from those in the high-frequency reflective group, and the low-frequency reflective group was lower than the high-frequency reflective group.3.There was no obvious difference in the ability of making courseware between different groups with different reflection levels.Mainly for during the two rounds of experiments, there was no significant difference in scores among the three reflection level students, and there was also no significant difference in the final course total score. In summary, this experimental study extends the research field of reflective activity to the operational skills knowledge, and it provides a new design direction for the skill teaching course. And through the experimental study,it provides that reflection has a'positive effect on the cultivation of students' ability of making courseware. Therefore,in the operation of knowledge teaching skills can be appropriate use of reflective activities to promote student learning.
