Article 26 of the provisional regulations on special education schools stipulates that special education schools should attach importance to physical education,actively carry out various forms of physical activities according to the actual situation of students,and ensure that students have at least one hour of physical activities every day.There are risks in any sports program,especially in special education schools.Many schools in order to ensure the safety of students,reduce or cancel physical education teaching activities,which is advocated by the state "health first" guiding ideology.At the same time,various safety prevention mechanisms of special education schools need to be developed and improved,and disabled children lack normative guidance of professional special education physical education teachers and many other factors.It not only affects and restricts the development of physical education in special education schools,but also hinders the development of physical and mental health of disabled children.Born deaf for special education school physical education teaching activities in the process of the problems of security risks,the author through the literature material method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics,the methods of questionnaire investigation of Liaocheng city special education school sports teaching process or potential security problems in the study,and puts forward prevention security risks in the process of sports teaching activities.Based on the questionnaire of teachers in Liaocheng special education school,the author makes a reasonable assessment of the existing or potential risks in physical education activities.Draw the following conclusions :(1)safety is a prerequisite for disabled children to participate in sports activities.Liaocheng city special education school run by the physical education curriculum,mainly in basketball,football,gymnastics,martialarts in the form of games,although with normal school physical education still exists bigger difference,but there will be more or less physical contact,so the Liaocheng city special education school physical education teaching activities in the process of the probability of safety problems is still high.According to the findings of the survey,67% of the teachers said that in the teaching process students have been injured safety problems,the main types of injuries are: bruises,scratches,contusions,fractures are rare,we need to cause enough attention.(2)the risks for deaf students in Liaocheng special education school to participate in physical education activities mainly come from four aspects:special education teachers,special education schools,deaf and blind students themselves and external environmental factors.There are three main risks from the level of special education teachers,which are: teaching experience factor,teaching technology factor and self-management factor;There are two main risk factors from Liaocheng special education school:school management factor,school guidance factor;The risk from deaf and blind students' participation mainly includes four aspects: physiological factor,social factor,psychological factor and self-management factor.From the external environment risk factors mainly include: site risk factors,sports equipment factors.(3)in view of the existing safety risk problems,this paper mainly focuses on the prevention and solution of four major risk factors,including special education schools,physical education teachers of special education schools,deaf and dumb students and external environment,as well as risk prevention and risk transfer.Risk prevention is mainly through the special education schools and special-education teacher,etc organizers and managers with basic safety measures and prevent way to protect against it,the concrete is to require the investment for special education school education part,improve the level of special-education teacher,special education schools do a goodjob in the management of the sports equipment instrument,strengthen the management of teachers,increase for special-education teacher training,resolutely implement the "health first" guiding ideology;Risk transfer is to graft and transfer the risks that have been generated.By means of insurance,the risks are transferred to insurance companies,which can not only reduce losses but also make the insurance industry better serve the educational cause.Educational departments and schools shall regularly organize and encourage physical education teachers in schools to participate in the seminars on teaching safety,and actively discuss through the interaction and exchange between teachers in schools,so as to improve the quality of teachers' safety emergency response and enrich their experience in teaching safety management in the exchange of collision of ideas.Special education schools by increasing the number of professional sports teachers,not only can make up for the present stage due to insufficient sports through the school teachers' professional ability and lead to the accident harm accident,also can give the school sports teaching positions to provide professional knowledge of teaching,through the communication teaching method and teaching experience related to special education professional theory knowledge to improve school physical education teachers in the teaching quality and promote teacher's professional quality,in order to reduce the Liaocheng city special education school born deaf,dumb and the occurrence of safety accidents in the process of sports teaching.According to the actual situation of deaf children in each school,the scientific purchase of sports equipment suitable for the deaf students in our school should not only consider the practicality and safety of the equipment,but also consider the fun and applicability of the equipment.Scientific and reasonable site planning,strengthening the maintenance and inspection of sports equipment and facilities update,in order to reduce the probability of safety accidents.
