| the environment of open education and social development need to put forward higher requirements for teachers’ occupation career development ability,as the implementation of the main development TVU education,teachers’ occupation ability in the process of its development to enhance the students’ demands for resources to follow up the improvement pace,caused by the current TV education has many problems,such as the traditional teaching concept the lack of professional.The research adopts case analysis method,questionnaire investigation method to research the promotion strategy of Yiyang Radio and Television University teacher occupation career development environment of open education,firstly,analyzing the factors of the occupation career development structure and influence of Yiyang Radio and Television University Teachers in open education environment;then the investigation of the development status quo of Yiyang Radio and Television University Teacher occupation career open education environment,through the design of questionnaire and questionnaire survey on teachers and students,according to the problems of occupation career development of Yiyang Radio and Television University Teachers in open education environment analysis and questionnaire survey results,formulate strategy of Yiyang Radio and Television University teacher occupation career development environment of open education.The research has good practical significance for improving the Yiyang Radio and Television University teacher occupation career development,which has guiding significance for reference and enhance China’s other education developed ability of teachers,help to solve the problems existing in the training of the teachers,to ensure the healthy development of open education.Questionnaire survey results show that the personal career development issues of teachers at Yiyang Radio and Television University include personal lack of awareness of career development and awareness of teacher career planning.School career management issues include inadequate support for open education work facilities,inadequate human resources management mechanisms,etc.According to the analysis of the role positioning of Yiyang Radio and Television University teacher and the analysis of professional competence and the survey results of the career development of teachers in Yiyang Radio and Television University,the research was carried out to formulate strategies for the development of teachers’ careers and to design them from both personal and organizational levels. |
