Career calling has a positive effect on individual career development and is closely associated with the career dec is ion-making process. This important concept needs further studying for college students in the process of career dec is ion-making. From the particularity perspective of professional field, this study explores the structure of teacher career calling in normal school students under Chinese culture background. Accordingly, this study develops a measurement to examine teacher career calling status with characteristics of normal school students. The results of the study are as follows:(1) It is proved that the questionnaire of career calling evaluation to teaching has an ideal reliability and validity, suitable to assess career calling of domestic pre-service teacher.(2) Career calling score of pre-service teacher has a level slightly above average. And it doesn't have significant difference in gender, grade with parents occupation. However, there is significant difference in major and the extent of activities participation; The liberal arts students are significantly higher than science students, and the students of none activities participation are significantly lower than other high degree of students.
