Nowadays, teacher professionalization is the trend of the world's teacher education and construction and it also becomes the focal point problem of teacher education reform in China. The teacher education before work stage is very important to the teacher professionalization. To be an important link of initial teacher training, education practice holds a very important position. Educating practice in a normal school is guided by instructor, applying basic theory and basic skills to middle school education and its one important course is to improve the ability of teaching. Educating practice has important effect on realizing teacher professionalization.This paper mainly emphasizes on the effect of educating practice and analyzes the current situation of Chinese educating practice and the problem by the fact that questionnaire, interview etc. With analyzesing the problems of education practice, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.The paper is divided into eight parts:Part 1, introduction. Pointing out the background of the problem, the purpose, the significance and the research method.Part 2, the boundary and the relevance problem of the concept. Fixing the boundary of initial teacher training, teacher relevance concepts such as educating practice, teacher professionalization, and normal school to grow.Part 3, the general situation of the educate practice in our country normal universities and colleges and developed Western countries. Including the general situation and developments of our country's and developed Western countries'educating practice .Part 4, the peculiar effects of educate practice. From special field, aspect such as thought , professional knowledge , special field technical ability, this paper analyzes the effect on teacher practice.Part 5, the current situations of our country's normal school student educate practice. Analyzing the problems of our country normal school's education practice, including the practice time, practice content, pattern, special field and so on.Part 6, the assume of improving the educating practice. Including changing the old concept educating practice, fixing the education practice target rationally, increases , disperses the time educating practice's, improving the educating practice bases and so on.Part 7, case analyzed. Case analyses on XX University's teacher practice are carried out, and some tentative plan of reforming are brought forward.Part 8, conclusions.
