The Research On Urban Women's Leisure Constraints And Satisfaction

With the development of modern economy and society, leisure has become an important part of the national life, more and more people are involved in a wide variety of leisure activities. As the main group of leisure, female's group gender roles and social self-value identity of the characteristics of their participation in leisure has existed some constraints.In our country, women's leisure constract research started late, the theory of accumulation is still hidden. It did not form a complete theoretical framework and system. In the women's leisure mechanism, there is a certain gap in path research between inbound and abroad. In addition to academic research lag, the social consciousness of female leisure still exist some prejudice and indifference, some traditional family values and social value concept still has more or less restricted in female participation in leisure activities, and this reducing the women's participation in leisure satisfaction. Although there have been several empirical studies on the relationship of women's leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction variables, but by the impact of regional economic development and the social infrastructure construction, regional culture, the existing research does not apply to nationwide group of women. And the differences of demographic characteristics will make the relevant research results appear different situation. Therefore, this study intended to research on the urban women's leisure constraints, leisure satisfaction and leisure loyalty in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, and strived to grasp the relationship between them, then finally layed out the theoretical support to the development of the women's leisure industry in the city.After the literature review of leisure, female leisure, leisure constraints, leisure satisfaction and loyalty, this paper constructed the relationship model of leisure constraints, leisure satisfaction and demographic characteristics, then choosing the female in Zhengzhou city as the object of this study, using empirical research methods to issue and collect questionnaires. Using the statistical software SPSS 22.0 to make descriptive analysis, cross analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and variance analysis. Finally the paper drew the conclusion according to the results of data, four aspects of individual, society, government, enterprises were put forward for the leisure development strategy in Zhengzhou.Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The women's leisure behaviors in Zhengzhou City were as follows, the main leisure time of working days, weekends, holidays are more than 2-3 h, 2-4h, 4h; most respondents choosing 0-3 times each week for recreational activities, and friends and relatives were preferring companions; Internet and electric optic were preferred indoor leisure activities, outdoor leisure choice were tourism and shopping; respondents spent much less than 100 yuan; physical exercise was the main leisure motivation.(2)Under different demographic characteristics, recreational escorts and there were very significant differences in leisure places; The choice of indoor recreational means, age, marriage, income, level of education on all exist a certain degree of differentiation. And the choice of outdoor leisure, in addition to the level of education characteristics and the rest of the demographic characteristics all have obvious difference; Leisure frequency choice, different demographic characteristics are 0-3 times/week with 4 to 6 times per week on the choice of aggregation; The choice of leisure spending, different types of demographic characteristics show obvious differences; The choice of leisure motivation, focus on cultivate one's morality raises a gender, exercise body and mind and widen our sight.(3)Eight leisure index were extracted into two common factors: "restriction of personal and social structure", "security and company control"; 7 satisfaction indexes were extracted into two factors: "individual gain", "body and mind"; 2 loyalty indicators were extracted a common factor "loyalty".(4)The 2 common factors of leisure constraints had a significant negative impact on the 2 factors of leisure satisfaction. And the "public security and companion constraints" factor had the most negative impact on the 2 factors of leisure satisfaction.(5)Different demographic characteristics had some significant differences in leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction, while there was no significant difference in loyalty.At the end of the paper, the research was summarized, this paper layed out the relevant countermeasures of leisure development in Zhengzhou and the future research prospects, to pave the way for the follow-up study.
