The Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance launched and implemented "national training for primary and middle school teachers"("national training program")in 2010.Its main purpose is to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers,especially the primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas,and to carry out remote learning of rural teachers in the middle and western regions through the network platform as an important form of the project.The target of distance learning support service is the primary and middle school teachers who have long distance learning.The quality of the distance learning support service determines the quality of the distance learning of the teachers to a considerable extent.Therefore,the type and quality of the distance learning support service for primary and secondary school teachers is to improve the medium and small size.It is an important way for teachers to learn distance learning.The author participated in the implementation of "national culture project" in Ningxia.From the previous investigation of the project,the distance learning support service of primary and secondary school teachers played an active role.However,with the development of "national training program",the distance learning support of primary and secondary school teachers did not meet the needs of teachers.There are no problems such as pertinence and inefficiency.Strengthening the study of learning support services has become an important issue for us.Taking the distance training program of "national culture plan" in S city of Ningxia as an example,this research adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research,and studies the distance learning support service of primary and secondary school teachers from two levels of theory and status.On the theoretical level,first,through the literature analysis,the present situation of teachers'distance learning and learning support service at home and abroad is combed,and the literature on distance learning,distance learning support service and adult learning theory has been consulted,which made this study established on a solid theoretical basis and through these theories.This study first answers the question of "what is the distance learning support service for primary and secondary school teachers".The distance learning support service of primary and secondary school teachers refers to the full support of teachers in learning,management,technology and emotion in the whole process of using the learning and teaching practice of the network course.It is divided into management support services,technical support services,academic support services and emotional support services,and combines the characteristics of teacher learning and distance learning,and the above classification is discussed in detail.At the present level,according to the theory,we designed the corresponding questionnaire,selected the Ningxia S city to investigate the current situation of distance learning support service for primary and secondary school teachers,and analyzed the results of the investigation,and summed up the existing distance learning support services for primary and secondary school teachers.Problems such as lack of knowledge,lack of personalized service,tutors' failure to play their role,lack of productive resources,and lack of emotional support services.At the end of the comprehensive theory and the present situation analysis,some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the distance learning support service of primary and middle school teachers,namely,to create a management team under the line,to establish a comprehensive promotion mechanism,to apply new technology to optimize technical support services,to establish a native generating resource base,and to adopt a diversified evaluation method.The three paragraph"evaluation",the teacher's emotional support service "passive" "initiative" and so on,to encourage teachers to learn independently,in order to improve the quality of teachers' distance training.
