As time goes on,we can see that technology has become a very important symbol and core power of our social and economic development.The institutions of higher learning have always been part of the national scientific research system.Its scientific research results have a great influence on the scientific and technological innovation and the development of the knowledge economy to a certain extent.Then the relationship between the input and output of science and technology in Colleges and universities is clarified,and the performance of scientific and technological innovation in Colleges and universities is explored,and it can make the investment in scientific and technological resources more reasonable and effective,and it is particularly important to increase the quantity of scientific and technological output and improve the quality and quality of the institutions of higher learning.The natural index introduces the data.results of The Lens platform,because Lens index represents the situation of the frequency of an organization quoted by its patent,so the value of the Lens index can explain the knowledge transformation and innovation ability of the research institution or university,and also provides a new perspective and idea for us to study the impact of academic research on innovation.The Lens index has counted the global research institutions ranked less than 200,There are 12 scientific research institutions or institutions of higher learning in our country,of which there are 11 institutions of higher learning.These 11 colleges and universities are representative institutions of higher learning in our country,and have undertaken many research projects in our country.Therefore,based on these 11 colleges and universities,it is very suitable for us to discuss the current situation of input and output of science and technology and the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological innovation achievements.In this paper,the data of 11 colleges and universities in the past year are analyzed and analyzed,and the panel data model is used to explore the impact of the scientific and technological input indicators on the innovation performance,and specifically analyze the effect of independent variable on dependent variable.On the basis of the above indicators that have been selected to influence innovation performance,the DEA method is used to analyze the annual innovation performance of colleges and universities,and to explore the development of each university and the analysis of the effectiveness of the input and output of science and technology.Finally,the paper summarizes and discusses the scientific and technological research work of China's colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions on how to transform the results and innovate the performance in the 11 typical colleges and universities.
