Science and technology enterprises are an important supporting force for China to adjust its economic structure,develop emerging industries,and achieve rapid economic growth.It is characterized by innovation,high investment,high risk,high profit and high growth.In the process of the growth of science and technology enterprises,they face a series of problems such as the short life span of enterprises,the relative lack of resources,and the influence of many internal and external factors on innovation activities.The innovation environment is the source of the external resources of the enterprise,and the external environment on which the enterprise's innovation activities take place.The regional innovation environment is a factor that can not be ignored in the growth performance of the enterprise;the scientific and technological talent resources are the most important resources of the technology-based enterprises and the core competition of the enterprises.Under the background of the new economic normal,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact of regional innovation environment and scientific and technological talent input on the growth performance of technology-based enterprises.Based on the research of enterprise growth at home and abroad,this paper draws on the relevant research results at home and abroad to analyze the impact of regional innovation environment and scientific and technological talent investment on the growth performance of science and technology enterprises.Based on the existing research,this paper carries out the theoretical analysis of the impact of regional innovation environment and the investment of scientific and technological talents on the growth performance of science and technology enterprises,and puts forward the research hypothesis,and builds a theoretical model of the impact of regional innovation environment and the investment of scientific and technological talents on the growth performance of science and technology enterprises;based on the yearbook data,select the fixed effect model for panel data analysis;on this basis,panel data quantile regression method is used to further analyze the the impact of regional innovation environment and scientific and technological talent investment on the growth performance of technology-based enterprises under different grading levels,and examined the relationship between the interaction between the regional innovation environment and scientific and technological talent input and the growth performance of technology-based enterprises.The research results show that the regional legal environment,regional infrastructure environment and regional science and technology environment have a positive impact on the growth performance of technology-based enterprises.The investment in science and technology talents has a positive impact on the growth performance of technology-based enterprises.Regional financial environment,regional policy environment and technology The growth performance of type enterprises is negatively correlated;the regional market environment has no significant impact on the growth performance of technology-based enterprises.The input of scientific and technological talents has interaction effects with regional legal environment,regional infrastructure environment,regional financial environment,regional market environment and regional policy environment.The joint effect can have a positive impact on the growth performance of technology-based enterprises.Finally,according to theoretical analysis and The results of empirical research,combined with the actual situation of China's science and technology enterprises,propose countermeasures and suggestions for regional innovation environment optimization and technology enterprise growth performance improvement from two levels:government policy and technology-based enterprises.
