New Media Intervention In Social Work Services For The Aged People In The Village Reformed Community

As a special product of Chinese society,the village-changing community becomes more and more with the development of urbanization in China.The old people who live in the village to live in the community have to go through a transitional stage,from "the old people in the countryside" to "the old people in the city",to complete the change of identity,from the living environment of the village to the living environment of the urban community.Involve cultural environment,contact the crowd,infrastructure condition and so on many aspects change.In this process,it will bring some influence to the life of the old people.At the same time,the new media era has a profound impact on people's lives,people's lives become faster and more convenient,the "village to live" old people are also affected by the new media era.New media may be used in community social work services for the elderly,so that the elderly can get better social work services.The purpose of this study is to select the corresponding social worker intervention model based on the understanding of the current situation and needs of the old people who have changed from village to residence from the role of a social worker.To study how new media can be involved in social work services.In the research method,the author chooses the interview method and the observation method in the qualitative research,altogether interviews 20 people,including the community old person 12 people,the elderly family 4 people,the village committee staff 4 people.Reach out to community and community elders and provide services on the basis of full understanding and trust.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the community and the investigation of the community adaptation of the elderly in the community,the author chooses the regional development as the mode of practical intervention,which is closely combined with the working methods of the group,aiming at the needs of their psychological,cultural and behavioral levels.Design the corresponding intervention target and intervention strategy,with the help of new media means,through improving the relationship between the elderly and the community,to provide social work services for the elderly.In the service,I constantly improve its own service program,adjust the research ideas,strive for better services for the elderly and the community,and summarize some of their own reflections and feelings,and put forward their own suggestions.The intervention results show that the adaptation of the old people after the village is changed is a degree problem and the new media can be used.Intervening in social work service,and achieved good results.
