Curriculum objectives refer to the specific objectives of the curriculum itself,and the concretion of certain educational values(educational aims and educational purposes)in the curriculum area.Curriculum objectives play a key role in curriculum development.The ideological and political course is a compulsory course for the students' moral education and Marx's common sense education in the high school stage of our country.It is the main way of moral education in middle school.The goal of high school ideological and political curriculum is an important research object in the field of education,and is also the key to the reform of Ideological and Political Curriculum in senior high schools.The goal of the high school ideological and political curriculum is not the same.It is found that there are the following characteristics in the distribution of the core literacy of the high school ideological and political curriculum objectives: the curriculum objectives of 1982,1986 and 1988 refer to the core literacy of three disciplines: political identity,scientific spirit and public participation.The curriculum goals of 1993,1996,2004 and 2011 mentioned the core elements of all subjects.There are differences in the core literacy of the subjects with the highest frequency of each course.On the basis of quantitative research,the qualitative change of the concrete connotation elements of the core literacy of the four disciplines is discussed.It is found that the goal of the high school ideological and political course has both the same and change in the historical evolution.The change of the goal of the high school ideological and Political Curriculum is that the political identity is highly concerned at the beginning of the political identity,and its basic connotation begins.Remain stable at the end of the day.The change of the curriculum goal lies in that the scientific spiritual accomplishment presents the characteristics of constantly strengthening the students' main body position and the comprehensive quality;the change of the consciousness of the rule of law is from nothing to the deep,and the evolution of the public participation attainment is characterized by far and near,from point to face.The changes and invariable characteristics of the goal of high school ideological and political course have its deep reasons.It is inseparable with the influence of social change,realistic politics and the change of education trend of thought.The goal of the ideological and political course in high school is invariable,that is,the connotation of political identity has always been highly concerned and kept unchanged,which is determined by the nature of our ideological and political course and the nature and purpose of our education.There are special reasons for the change of the goal of the high school ideological and political course: the scientific spirit quality constantly strengthens the student's main position and the comprehensive quality,which comes from the reform of the educational idea and the curriculum view.It is the inevitable requirement for the development of socialist democratic politics.
