In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Fully Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Lide-Shuren,which put forward the goal of Lide-Shuren and formulated curriculum standards around students' core literacy.It can be seen that cultivating the core literacy of middle school students has become the main direction of education reform.The core literacy of Ideological and political discipline is the concretization of core literacy,which plays an important role in building people with moral integrity and in building socialism builders and successors with all-round development of Pezide's intellectual,physical and aesthetic abilities.The core accomplishment of political subject includes political identity,scientific spirit,consciousness of rule of law and public participation.In the teaching of political course,how to improve students' core subject has obviously become an important aspect of renewing the teaching content of political course and improving the teaching method of political course.However,at present,there are many problems in the cultivation of core literacy of highschool students' ideological and political disciplines,which puts forward higher requirementsfor political teachers and brings more challenges.This research first defines the connotation of core literacy,core literacy of political discipline and topic-based teaching through literature research.On this basis,it evaluates the core literacy level of political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of rule of law and public participation of senior high school students through questionnaires and teacher interviews,and combines relevant data with the core of political discipline of senior high school students.The reasons for the problems in the cultivation of political literacy are analyzed.The main problems are that the teaching objectives can not be designed according to the requirements of the core literacy of political subjects,the teaching methods can not really play the main role of students and the teaching evaluation restricts the cultivation of the core literacy of political subjects.In the 2017 edition of the ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for senior high schools,it is proposed to construct an activity-oriented curriculum with the cultivation of core qualities of Ideological and political disciplines as the leading factor.The construction of activity-based subject curriculum should focus on topic-based teaching.It can be seen that the topic-based teaching is of great importance in cultivating students' core qualities in political subjects.Therefore,in view of the above problems,I use topic-based teaching as a strategy to cultivate high school students' political core literacy.By consulting relevant literature and practical teaching,from the choice of topics,the design of teaching objectives of political core literacy,the setting of situation in topic-based teaching to the construction of a scientific teaching evaluation system,I will make topic-based teaching in politics.Suggestions on the cultivation of core discipline literacy are put forward.Finally,through the demonstration of teaching cases,it provides operable guidance for topic-based teaching.
