"The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" pointed out that "The informatization leadership of teachers determines the overall level of education informatization in the region." From this we can see that teachers'informatization leadership plays an important role in the development of schools and regional informatization.Therefore,to investigate and analyze and evaluate the status quo and problems of teachers' informatization leadership in the basic education section of Ningxia,and to put forward development strategies in a targeted manner.This is a subject worthy of study.This study first established a framework for the informatization leadership of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Ningxia through literature analysis.Secondly,the indicators were supplemented and refined by the Delphi method to form an evaluation system for the informatization leadership of teachers in Ningxia primary and secondary schools.Then,through questionnaire surveys,interviews,etc.,the survey found that the problems in the informatization leadership of teachers in middle and primary schools in Ningxia are mainly due to:some teachers are not skilled in using information tools to obtain resources,and teachers' enthusiasm for the construction of informatization courses is not rising.A small number of teachers cannot make full use of digital resources to guide students in their learning.There are fewer opportunities for training and practice of the school to improve teachers' informatization professional abilities,and teachers' participation in school information environment construction is not high.The main reasons for these issues are:teachers' lack of information awareness,low information technology capabilities,scarcity of information-based,high-quality teaching resources,constraints on the construction of teachers' informatization courses,inadequate construction of school-based information learning communities,and assessment of school information.The system is incomplete and lacks incentive mechanisms.Finally,put forward the strategies for the improvement of teachers'information leadership in Ningxia primary and secondary schools,which mainly include:strengthening teachers'information awareness,increasing the frequency and scope of training,improving teachers'information technology capabilities,encouraging teachers to independently develop information-based teaching resources,building informatization courses,and improving schools.The incentive mechanism,strengthening the construction of teachers'information learning community,promoting exchanges and cooperation among teachers,perfecting the teacher evaluation system,and inducting teachers'information leadership into the performance appraisal system.
