The Research On The Index System Of Informatization Of Basic Education In Regions

The research on the index system of informatization of basic education is not only the important content of systematic research for informatization of basic education balanced development, but also the prerequisite work of measurement for informatization level of basic education. Quantitative analysis method is applied in the research. By building up the index system, the situation of informatization developing level of basic education in different regions is measured. Simultaneously, lots of problems are found in time, and improved countermeasures are presented soon after that. The methods and results of this paper are quite valuable for promoting informatization of basic education balanced development and motivating the process of educational informatization.On the basis of previous research findings and national index system, the index system of informatization of basic education in regions is established after consulting several experts. Furthermore, using the index system, comprehensive and systematic analysis for informatization level of basic education is performed in different counties in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period.
