In recent years,the number of college graduates in our country has been increasing year by year.In contrast with this,the employment situation of college students has been declining year by year.How to employ college students is becoming a social problem worthy of our consideration and exploration.In response to this situation,entrepreneurship can not only ease the status quo of college students' employment difficulties,but also help improving the individual qualities and level of college students to meet our country's demand for talent cultivation in the new era.In the process of business students,play a decisive factor in affirming the entrepreneurial individual ability of college students.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and perceived stress as an important aspect of individual self have an important impact on entrepreneurial behavior.In the current study,there are few researches on the correlation between perceived stress and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in our country.This study aims to explore the antecedents of perceived stress and entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and through the data analysis,it is found that perceived stress and entrepreneurship Self-efficacy,and selected nine college students to intervene in the group work to find out ways to improve the resilience of college students,thereby enhancing entrepreneurial self-efficacy and effective way.The results show that:perceived stress is divided into two dimensions of tension and loss of control,which are correlated with the five dimensions of innovation efficacy,risk tolerance,opportunity identification,relationship coordination and organizational commitment of perceived entrepreneurial self-efficacy,perceived stress and entrepreneurship Overall self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlated.Through the group work,the study further explored the feasibility of alleviating the stress of undergraduates and enhancing the self-efficacy of entrepreneurship,and affirmed their entrepreneurial intentions through enhancing their psychological resilience.Combined with the results of data analysis and group intervention,the paper constructs the college students' stress management system from the individual level,and puts forward some suggestions on how to support college students' entrepreneurial behavior and enhance their entrepreneurial ability from the perspective of school education and policy support so as to standardize college students' Entrepreneurship and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship,which is helpful to relieve social pressure on the society,maintain social stability and promote social and economic development.
