With the rapid development of times and economy,we have already felt that science and technology have brought us a good life,and people's way of life and living standard have also undergone earth-shaking changes,but at the same time a series of social problems have also been derived.For example,the aging population,the frequent incidents of violence in schools,the increasing number of left-behind children and empty nesters,and so on.It requires new ways to solve these complex social problems.Therefore,social work,as a more professional method of helping others,has emerged as the times require.Social work is based on certain theories and knowledge,and it is an independent subject and also a career of great significance,using professional methods to carry out self-help service activities.But because social work is just rising in our country,social work,whether as a profession or profession,is facing many difficulties and challenges in the process of development.As we all know,there is a close relationship between social work organizations and social work talents.Social work organizations are an important place to develop professional social work services.It is the backbone of training and receiving social work talents.Social workers as part of the social work organization,as providers of services and assistance,are the primary components of social work.Without social work organizations and social workers cannot talk about social work.Therefore,social work organizations have certain problems with the demand for social workers,which should arouse the attention of all sectors of society,and promptly discover problems from the source and solve the problems.On this basis,it is better to promote the development of social work.In order to get a more detailed understanding of the demand for social workers and some problems,the author conducted a survey on the employees of six social work institutions in Taicang City.A total of 107 staff completed the questionnaire.The 107 personnel included both the social workers in the organization and the core managers of the organization.On the basis of ensuring the real source of the questionnaire,through the analysis of the data of the questionnaire.It is found that there are four problems in the organization's demand for social workers:the flow of social workers within the organization is larger;the demand for social workers in institutional posts is greater than the supply of social workers;the existing capabilities of social workers within the organization need to be further improved;there is no specification,level or the preference in the process of recruiting employees.For these four problems,the author analyzes the possible causes of these four problems,starting from the social factors,social work organization factors and social workers' personal factors,and then puts forward targeted countermeasures according to the reasons.It is hoped that it can provide a certain reference for solving the problem of the demand of social work talents in institutions,the development of social work institutions and the construction of social work talents.This will lead to faster and better social work in a more professional direction,allowing more people to feel the professionalism of social work as an aiding activity.
