A Probe Into Professional Social Work Personnel

This’ paper using management science and social work theory, focusing-on the current trend of the development of the national social work based in Fuzhou, analysis the occupational construction status of social workers in Fuzhou, sought to propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of exploring the impact of the main factors about professional building of social workers in Fuzhou. The paper pointed out that strengthen the professional construction of social workers is an important guarantee for promoting the development of social work, an important way to improve the quality of social workers, innovative social management initiatives, a powerful means of maintaining social harmony and stability, promoting the construction of professional around right the values, knowledge structure, skilled practical ability to clear the field of practice, a wide range of social identity, a sound management system and other important requirements. The paper analyzed basic information of the social workers in Fuzhou about the working environment, remuneration, social understanding and recognition, pating in education and training, career advancement, which pointed out that the professional building in the five areas of the cause of the problem, namely the lack of public opinion and propaganda understanding and recognition is low, the lack of unified leadership, integration of resources, and policy support, efforts to support the lack of institutional innovation, the prominent institutional barriers, lack of job settings, lack of talents conservation, and the level of governmental responsibilities, system security level, team building level, the level of social environment, the paper also made13suggestions about above problems.
