Community Social Organizing: Professional Social Work Intervention Strategy And Process Research

With the continuous development of urban community construction,community social organizations are playing an increasingly important role.The current government vigorously promotes innovation in social governance.At the level of community governance,it emphasizes strengthening the construction of a community governance system,promoting the focus of social governance down to the grassroots level,giving play to the role of social organizations,and achieving positive interaction between government governance,social regulation,and residents' autonomy.Social work is essentially a kind of professional helper activity.It plays an important role in helping people serve,solve social problems,and deliver social services.As an important force for community building,community social organizations are important carriers for providing community services and promoting residents' participation.Developing community social organizations is an important part of building a community governance system.In recent years,the government has provided a lot of policy support for the development of community social organizations,and has actively promoted the involvement of professional social work forces in the development of community social organizations,giving full play to the advantages of social work professionals and boosting the development of community social organizations.However,from the current perspective,the development of community social organizations still faces difficulties such as imperfect policies and systems,incomplete management mechanisms,and unreasonable resource allocation.Based on the current situation and using qualitative research methods,this study uses 6 community organizations in Zhongguancun Street in Beijing as the research object,and conducts in-depth interviews with community leaders and community workers in each community to obtain primary information.Investigate the process and strategy of professional social work involvement in community social organization training from the aspects of cultivation mechanism,cultivation methods,cultivation effectiveness,etc.,deeply explore the process and content of professional social work involvement in the cultivation of community social organizations,and analyze the development difficulties and needs of community social organizations.Clarify community social organizations to foster cooperation and interaction between various entities(streets,community neighborhood committees,professional social work organizations,and community social organizations),and to understand scientifically the main strategies and effectiveness of professional social work involvement in the cultivation of community organizations in the community,and for future professional society Work to carry out the work of community social organizations to raise reasonable suggestions.Through research,it has been found that the involvement of professional social work in community social organizations is mainly achieved through the following methods: First,professional social work is to obtain access opportunities for community social organizations through the establishment of a cooperative relationship between government and society.Secondly,in the cultivation process,professional social work uses the good interactive relationship between community neighborhood committees and community social organizations to give full play to their professional and technological advantages,respond to organizational needs,and boost organizational development.Thirdly,in the cultivation process,professional social work takes the national policy requirements and the actual development needs of community social organizations as the starting point,and takes a variety of aspects such as cultivating leaders of community residents,strengthening internal organizational systems,and improving organizational service capabilities.The method of combining participatory knowledge learning with practical service landing promotes self-development of community social organizations.Based on the practical experience of professional social work involved in the cultivation of community organizations in the community,it is proposed to strengthen the external environment including the institutional environment,community environment,and resources and environment,to create a good atmosphere for the development of community social organizations,and to strengthen the internal environment of the organization,including organization and management.Standardize the system,improve organizational service capabilities,etc.,and consolidate the foundation for organizational development.
