The existence of community organizations not only enables the government's various guidelines and policies to be delivered to millions of households in time,but also organizes people's participation in community affairs and community activities,enhances people's sense of community,enhances cohesion within the community,and maintains social stability Social development and other aspects play a positive role.Therefore,it is particularly important to study community self-organization cultivation and community self-organization ability construction.The Y community studied in this paper is a business building community.After the introduction of the community,I has reached out to the community's employee volunteer team.Most of them go north alone,away from their hometown and relatives,and come to an unfamiliar environment alone,which means that these people are Rooting out in this city.It is difficult for young people to “root” the city.It will directly lead to the occurrence of “ atypical modern urban diseases ” such as pathological lifestyles and escapism in social transition,and the more than one hundred people are just An epitome of nearly 30,000 young workers in the community.Because of the business nature of the community,there are many such young workers in the community.They flocked from across Beijing in the morning and dispersed at night.However,the community is currently unable to carry out targeted activities.Therefore,the community leader is based on the strong sense of mobility and mobility of young workers in the volunteer team of the community.He hopes that the author can start from the professional background of social work,use professional knowledge to improve their status,and finally radiate Young workers as much as possible into the community.Considering that young workers generally possess certain knowledge bases and strong learning abilities,reduce their sense of loneliness and expand socialization.Based on this,the author took into account the role of community self-organization and tried to form and cultivate young workers' self-organization in the business building community.Finally,with the support of community staff and the joint efforts of young employees in the community,we created community young employees to organize the “much Sunshine Team” and cultivate them to be stable and active with the aim of reducing the sense of loneliness and social expansion among young workers.Social organization.After research and analysis and evaluation of the cultivation process,it can be seen that this social work involved in the self-organizational cultivation process of community young employees is effective and has achieved the desired goal.Young employees in the community have successfully organized several activities for the “Wanli Sunshine Team”.They have made the community a resource and platform for changing the status quo.Many young workers have been more inclined to embed in the suspended state,expanded social interaction,and increased community participation.Degrees,finally bringing it to the point,radiate to more and more other young workers in the community.
