Long jump,as one of the oldest and most complex athletics and athletics events in history,is increasingly valued by national coaches and athletes.In recent years,China's long-distance athletes have also made gratifying progress through years of training.Among our athletes,Wang Jianan,Li Jinzhe,Gao Xinglong and Huang Changzhou are outstanding representatives.The collection of relevant literature found that most experts and scholars choose high-level athletes,and that the selection of secondary athletes in universities is rare.However,the sports talents in universities are an important part of the development of sports talents in China.The competitive level of high-level sports specialty students has continuously improved,and it has also become the main source of outstanding athletes for provincial teams and even national teams.In order to thoroughly study the essential laws of the long jump project,we will explore the characteristics of muscle strength and the effect on the long jump performance during the jump.In this study,Vicon motion capture system,three-dimensional force table and surface electromyography three-machine synchronous comprehensive test method are used to comprehensively and systematically analyze the muscle force characteristics of take-off technique of the secondary long jumper in Shanxi Province.The results show that:(1)The secondary jumpers in Shanxi province have a longer take-off time in the process of take-off,especially the buffer time.The reasons for this may be the following two aspects: First,the test subject's lower limb strength is insufficient;Second,the test subjects completed the take-off action in the laboratory and did not give full play to their technical advantages.Moreover,the allocation of landing angle,fan angle and take-off angle is unreasonable;the angle of take-off is within a reasonable range;the angle of landing is small,indicating that the athlete cannot take the initiative pedal to jump during the take-off;the fan angle is large,indicating that the test subject has the center of gravity during the take-off process.Without rapid advancement,the buffering time for take-off is prolonged,affecting the extension effect;the small take-off angle makes it difficult for athletes to give full play to their lower limb strength.(2)In the process of take-off,the long jumper has the maximum vertical reaction force when the jumping leg is in the maximum buffer;the horizontal reaction force gradually decreases with the center of gravity of the body,and when the body's center of gravity moves across the vertical plane,the direction of horizontal reaction occurs.Change;The strength of the athlete's ankle joint affects the vertical and horizontal components.(3)In the process of takeoff,the secondary male long jumpers of Shanxi colleges and universities have different values of the integrated electromyographic and RMS values of the muscle electromyography in the three different stages of the long jump takeoff,which indicates the jump in the long jump.The level of exertion of the leg-legged muscles is not uniform from the stage.During the entire take-off process,the biceps femoris,the medial femoris muscle,the vastus lateralis muscle,the soleus muscle,and the gluteus maximus of the jumping leg play a major role.Although the sequence,intensity,and duration of muscle contraction are different at different stages,the biceps femoris,the femoral medial muscle,the gluteus maximus,and the soleus muscle of the lateral femoral muscles contribute a lot to the jump of the long jump.
