Sports skill learning is the basic content in the field of sports science.In the process of sports teaching,health exercise and rehabilitation training,the study and mastery of sports skills are the most basic and important contents.In the process of motor skill learning,in addition to essential exercises,augmented feedback from teachers or coaches is also a very important teaching link.Especially in the initial stage of motor skill learning,learners can not form correct and complete motor imagery of motor skills,which largely depends on additional feedback from teachers or coaches.Health Qigong · Wuqinxi is an excellent traditional national sport in China.It is loved by the people for its physical quality,venue,weather and unique fitness value.Aiming at the specific problems in the process of learning the skills of Health Qigong · Wuqinxi,this paper studies the influence of additional feedback on the skills of Health Qigong · Wuqinxi through teaching experiments,and explores the best additional feedback frequency and time for college students' beginners to learn Health Qigong · Wuqinxi,so as to optimize the teaching links,improve the teaching methods,achieve better teaching effect and stimulate students.Learning motivation enables students to acquire Health Qigong · Wuqinxi skills more accurately and completely.In this experiment,100 students of health service management major in 2016 and Qigong elective class in 2016 in Shandong Institute of Physical Education were selected.According to the three factors of augmented feedback(timing,frequency and type of augmented feedback),each factor has two levels(timing is divided into synchronous augmented feedback and terminal augmented feedback,frequency is divided into 1 and 2,type is divided into explanation.Sex plus feedback and descriptive plus feedback.Descriptive augmented feedback is only a simple description of the mistakes made by students in the process of practicing Health Qigong · Wuqinxi Drama,and illustrative augmented feedback can not only let students know what they are,but also why they are.Therefore,considering that students can acquire more systematically and perfectly the skills of Health Qigong · Wuqinxi Drama and the optimization of teaching,the experiment adopts a unified type of augmented feedback,namely illustrative pursuit.Feedback)divided into four groups,each group of 25 people.The effects of augmented feedback on the learning of Health Qigong · Wuqinxi skills were studied by using the methods of literature,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The results showed that: 1-3 and 5-7 weeks were teaching experiments,and 4 and 8 weeks were testing weeks.The results show that:1.In the first stage of the experiment on the effect of augmented feedback on the learning of Health Qigong · Wuqinxi skills,the significance of the scores of the students in the four groups was P=0.002 < 0.05,which had a very significant difference.The reason for the difference of the scores of the students in the four groups was the interaction of time and frequency.At this stage,the augmented feedback provided by teachers at the end and frequency of 1 is most conducive to the learning of Health Qigong · Wuqinxi skills.2.In the second stage of the experiment,the significance of the results of the four groups was P=0.007 < 0.05,which had a very significant difference.The reason for the difference of the results of the four groups was the interaction of time and frequency.At this stage,the augmented feedback of synchronization and frequency of 2 provided by teachers is most conducive to Health Qigong · Wuqinxi Skills.3.Augmented feedback provided by teachers can stimulate students' learning motivation and strengthen the learning of motor skills.Augmented feedback teaching experiment can let teachers find the gains and losses of teaching,and further study and improve teaching methods.
