Study On The Sports Behavior Of "Citizenized Peasants" In The Construction Of New Urbanization In Shandong Province

In 2002,the communist party of China 16 th party congress report clearly put forward for the first time "the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics",in2016 the state council on promoting the construction of the new urbanization of several opinions,points out that the new urbanization attach more importance to the development of the "people",emphasis on enhance the level of public services,adhere to the "urbanization" as the core,in order to improve the development quality as the key,make urban and rural residents can equally enjoy the fruits of reform and development."Citizenization of farmers" is to China's vast rural areas in the urbanization non-change of special group,their habits and customs,traditional culture and consumption structure have been profound changes in the urbanization,but due to historical conditions,their sports behavior remains the old "farmer sports" characteristics.Along with the continuously push new urbanization process,the implementation of the "national fitness program","healthy China" has become the important national development goals,mass sports also get better development in our country,the rural and urban areas in the overall level of sports public service has greatly promoted,residents' understanding of sports and participation have must increase.In the new type of urbanization centering on "human urbanization","human development" is placed in an important position,among which there is the development of sports.Citizens can be realized through the sports healthy body,the spirit of entertainment,temper and other diversified pursuit,how to make the citizenization of farmers' sports rights guaranteed to sports behavior guide,physical health development,multiple pursuit implemented,etc.,is an important issue which the current our country government faces.In the construction of the new urbanization "citizenization of farmers' sports behavior current situation and existing problems of research,to explore the path of the sports development,the method,on how to enhance the level of new urbanization construction in our province and enhance residents' happiness index,physical quality is particularly urgent.Related theory,this study based on the analysisof the new urbanization by the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics of the citizenization of farmers in our province sports behavior characteristics is analyzed,explore its influencing factors,find out the problem for the further development of the sports,constructing the citizenization of farmers in our province sports development mode,and put forward the corresponding policy Suggestions.This study finds that "citizenized peasants" in the construction of new urbanization in shandong province have high awareness of sports but poor participation.Sports motivation is good,health needs are diversified,but the level of demand is low consumption.The level of sports organization construction is low,and the level of social sports guidance is low.Finally,from strengthen the residents' sports culture education,increase sports propaganda,improve the public sports service system,formulate scientific sports development planning,overall use of rural social sports instructors,etc,to solve "the citizenization of farmers" problems in the development of sports.
