Farmer training is one of the important ways to build rural human capital.Since the launch of the new professional farmer cultivation project in China in 2014,it has been in a multi-regional pilot state at this stage and has not been widely promoted.In this paper,the theory of continuing education,supply and demand theory,human capital theory and other related theories are based on,and literature research,case analysis and questionnaires are used to study the farmer training of Shandong Province.Through qualitative research and quantitative research,the modes will be found and results could be examined on the training of professional farmers.In addition,based on the data collection from questionnaires,the satisfaction of the training of professional farmers in Heze City,Shandong Province was analyzed,and the specific factors affecting farmers' participation in training were further speculated and studied.According to the survey results,this paper attempts to summarize the outstanding problems of the new-professional-farmers training in Shandong Province,and to find the root causes around the problems,so as to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the new period.This paper has practical significance for improving the training system of new-professional-farmers in Shandong Province.The main structure of the full text is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of the training of new-professional-farmer,literature review and the structure of the paper.The second chapter introduces the related concepts,identification procedures and theories of the new-professional-farmers.Combing the theory of division of labor,pedagogy theory,human capital theory and supply and demand theory.Chapter two aims to lay a foundation for the study of the present situation and existing problems existed.The third chapter,by summarizing the training situation of new-professional-farmers in Shandong Province,introduces several training modes produced at the present stage.In the fourth chapter,through questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,the software of SPSS in used to investigate the satisfaction of the trainees in Heze City,Shandong Province,and uses the logistic regression model to analyze the factors that affect the training needs of farmers.Based on data analysis,the fifth chapter discusses the problems and causes of the training of new occupational peasants in Shandong province.The last chapter puts forward some suggestions for the training of new-professional-farmers in Shandong province.The main conclusions drawn from the analysis are:Shandong Province has achieved initial success in the cultivation of new-professional-farmers in recent years.The demand for training for male and female professional-farmers is different.Women may not be as strong as men on farmer training.In addition,the higher the annual income,the greater the demand for training.The higher the education level,the stronger the desire of training.
