Research On The Coordinated Development Of Urbanization Of “population-economy-space” In Shandong Province

After 30 years of rapid development,China has entered the middle and late stages of urbanization,the growth rate gradually slowed down,began to focus on quality improvement.More and more scholars and government have pay attention to doordinating the development of urbanization,population,economy,space and other subsystems to achieve healthy and coordinated development of urbanization.Similar to the problems of urbanization in China,there are many problems in the process of urbanization in Shandong,such as the expansion of urban space and the development of economy,the population agglomeration is not suitable,and the regional development is different.The paper abroad related to urbanization,urbanization and urbanization measure coordinated development,the development of urbanization in Shandong province and other relevant research results on the basis of determining the related concepts of the coordinated development of urbanization,and summarizes the system theory,the development stage of urbanization theory,regional sustainable development,smart growth theory.Taking Shandong Province as an example,the construction of "population economic spatial" urbanization index system,through 103 counties and cities in nearly 15 years of development of urbanization related data,using the first degree model,gravity transfer model,coordinated development model,Granger causality test model,studied the space-time evolution characteristics of urbanization development in Shandong Province.Through in-depth analysis of the coordinated development of urbanization in Shandong Province,to deepen the connotation of urbanization,firmly establish the concept of coordinated development,understand the law of urbanization path and space-time evolution,has a strong practical significance to accurately understand the development of urbanization in Shandong province.The paper studies the present situation of urbanization in Shandong province.Shandong province population urbanization level is higher than the national average,lower than Guangdong,Jiangsu and other coastal provinces,the development of faster,on the east coast at the forefront;the layout of the urban population has two centers of typical development,overall more balanced,no large-scale city occupies the monopoly position of strong.Economic urbanization continues to optimize,the proportion of the third industry to improve faster,GDP million yuan energy consumption decreased faster,but with the other provinces in the eastern coast there is a big gap.Shandong Province,the urbanization level and the comprehensive score of population,economy and space of three subsystems score greater development of urbanization;economic growth is most obvious,the growth space of urbanization,population urbanization is relatively small.On the spatial pattern,the spatial pattern of population urbanization in Shandong province has gradually formed a "two core and multi point" mosaic structure around Ji'nan and Qingdao since 2000.The economic pattern of urbanization has double half ring inlaid structure--Ji'nan,Dongying,Qingdao,Yantai development level is higher,a high level of regional semi annular;the development level of Binzhou,Liaocheng,Heze,Linyi is relatively low,a low level half ring.The whole space of urbanization is more balanced,the city along the Jiaoji railway high,other areas of relative.Are the center of gravity in Shandong province economy,population and space urbanization to the East is deviated from the geometric center of the Economic Urbanization deviate from the distance,space and time of population urbanization,indicates that the differences between East and West,the largest economic development space and population urbanization
