Research On The Cultivation Of New Type Of Professional Farmers In Hubei Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Under the background of new urbanization,the modernization of rural areas is not only ushered in the opportunity,but also faced with challenges.Developing vigorously new professional farmers,improving the training of new professional farmers,to a certain extent,can promote the rapid development of rural areas,achieve to a common prosperity,achieve to a total well-off of Chinese dream in 2020.In this paper,Xiantao City,Hubei Province,as a sample of the study,for the city as a new urbanization of the pilot cities in the training of new professional farmers in the process that has made some achievements,but also exposed some problems.Methods of the research is to use literature review and large data to understand the overall situation,and the development of a specific questionnaire for the issue of the selected sample object survey and field visits to understand the city of Xiantao The Problems Occurred in the Cultivation of New-type Farmers.In the process of investigating the new professional farmers in Xiantao City,this paper has learned three main problems: First,the basic quality of the object is low;the second is that the main purpose of cultivating is not strong,researching and development awareness is not high;third is that the cultivating content needs do not meet to a wide range of issues,so combining these issues,we do the analysis with internal and external causes.And then from the developed countries(including Asian countries such as Japan and South Korea,Europe such as the United States and Germany)of the new professional farmers training,to extractexperience for our new professional farmers to cultivate.Finally,according to the problems in the research work of Xiantao Cityand the enlightenmentof Foreign Professional Farmers to China,the corresponding countermeasure and suggestions are put forward.The countermeasures are mainly from seven aspects:The first is to improve the threshold of the training of new professional farmers;The second is to improve the operation of training for new professional farmers and related policies;The third is to increase the awareness of research and development and the corresponding financing channels;The four is to strengthen research and developing a localization of new professional farmer course;The five is the introduction of "Internet +" technology to solve the time,space problems;The six is to implement the assessment criteria,strengthen the qualification;The seven is to open horizons,docking international new professional farmers.
