Research On Coordinate Development Between Land Urbanization And Population Urbanization In Shandong Province

Urbanization is an important motive force to support the development of economy,and also the new engine of social and economic development in the future.As the two main factors of urbanization,land and population will directly determine the quality of urbanization.In recent years,the process of urbanization is accelerating year by year in Shandong province,but land urbanization is faster than population urbanization,and paid more attention on the scale of urban built-up area,ignored the effective agglomeration of urban population,lacked of impetus for urban development.So,this paper studied the coordination development between land urbanization and population urbanization in Shandong province,and measured the coordination degree.This paper firstly elaborated the status of land urbanization and population urbanization in Shandong province from the time dimension and spatial dimension based on Man-land Relationship Theory and Coordinated Development Theory.And then built the evaluation index system of intensive utilization of urban land,calculated the intensive utilization of urban land in Shandong province from 2005 to 2015.Secondly,this paper built the evaluation index system of coordination development between land urbanization and population urbanization,and then calculated the coordination development from 2005 to 2015 in Shandong province by entropy weight coupling coordination model.At last,this paper put some suggestions for the coordination development between land urbanization and population urbanization in the future.For land urbanization,Shandong province should promote the reform of land system,control the speed of land urbanization,and raise the degree of intensive land use by establishing Land Circulation Market.For population urbanization,Shandong province should advance the reform of household registration system step by step,balance urban and rural development by strengthening the equal exchange of urban and rural elements and the balanced allocation of public resources.For the coordination development between land urbanization and population urbanization,Shandong province should strengthen the carrying capacity of large and medium cities,and advance Local urbanization steadily,meanwhile transform the economic development mode,promote green production and lifestyle,and only in this way can ensure the healthy Development of urbanization in Shandong Province.
