At the beginning of the 21 st century,with the profound changes in social and economic structure,knowledge economy is emerging throughout the world.Nine-year education schools were accordingly established in the context in which,according to education systems,compulsory education is mandatory and necessary for each citizen,which reflects both the obligation and the fairness of education.Given that premise,exploring diverse school-running mode,especially mode of nine-year compulsory education,will help to not only better implement the "Law of Compulsory Education",but also improve the quality of nine-year compulsory education and school-running benefits.The paper thinks that nine-year education schools provide good school-running foundation for the initial stage of education,and nine-year compulsory education provides a better school-running mode in order to implement the goal of education.Integrated management methods fully reflect the integration principle of management of nine-year education schools.The Consistent objective of moral education really connects moral education contents of primary school and junior school." Unified management,three ?three stages? " management mode means finishing management in each stage uniformly and phasedly.All of these help to provide students with quality education and improve their development at the stage of compulsory education.The paper is mainly composed six parts.The first part introduces research?s reason and problem,and clarifies the aim,meaning,method and contents of the thesis.The second part makes a simple review about ancient and current literature on nine-year education schools? management mode,then establishes knowledge and logical starting point of the thesis,also analyses the concept of nine-year education schools? management mode.The third and forth parts elaborates the theoretical reasons of nine-year education schools? management mode,and describes its current situation by analyzing and studying the advantages and limitations of nine-year education schools.The fifth and sixth parts,the main parts of this thesis,focus on exploration of nine-year education schools? management mode based on the case of management mode reform in No.36 Middle School of Lanzhou city.The sixth part builds the management mode of nine-year education school from four aspects,including school administrative management,moral education management,teacher management,teaching management.The school builds administrative management by constructing leading group,establishing integrated management system,carrying out management mode----" unified leadership,three ?three stages? ",forming the atmosphere of common ideology and culture " all over the school by adopting "integrity and respect education";The school executes moral education management by consistent education,moral education organization inside and outside campus,flexible moral education contents,diverse moral education activities;The school perfects teachers management by motivating their potential and mechanism,establishing correct teachers? development viewpoints,cultivating their professional ethics? basis-----healthy psychological states and responsibility;The school implements teaching management by classroom reform principle,classroom teaching reform mode,classroom reform efficiency,quality education construction;Especially,two points should be emphasized,which achieve good results in school?s practical reform.One is the implement of "integrity and respect education",which is the key of consistent moral education objective.Another is classroom teaching reform mode----developmental classroom.
