Educational practice internship is one of the key teaching steps in the five-year normalcollege, especially for the students majored in pre-school education. It embodies the combinationof education theory and practice in normal colleges. And it is a quite indispensable teachingprocedure which helps to achieve the goal of personal cultivation. Thus the effectivemanagement of the educational practice internship is definitely the key to realize the goal ofeducational practice internship. Since the beginning of the new century, education reforms havemade many breakthroughs. However, the education internship management, due to the influenceof the enrollment expansion, has many shortcomings such as out-dated management concepts,weak and inefficient supervision, short of time, single mode, lack of tutors, etc. Theseshortcomings make the educational internship unsatisfactory. Therefore, how to develop thestandard and strict educational internship management system and enhance the effectiveness ofthe educational internship is one of the most important steps for the management of the five-yearnormal colleges.Since the beginning of the21st century, pre-school education has attracted more and moreattention in our society. Thus, it is quite necessary for normal colleges to cultivate a great numberof high-quality pre-school education teachers. On July2,2001,"the kindergarten educationguidelines (trial copy)" was officially promulgated. The Ministry of Education made therequirements that the normal colleges and schools with the major of pre-school education shouldcarefully and deeply study the spirit of the guideline and reform the current pre-school educationcurriculum and the ways to cultivate teachers. Grasping this opportunity, most of the five-yearnormal colleges made great efforts to improve the teaching quality, enhance the future teachers’professional quality and push forward the five-year normal colleges by reforming the educationalinternship management. Understanding and analyzing the historical development andimplementation of pre-school educational internship management and exploring and discoveringthe factors that influence the educational internship management will have great effect onimproving the efficiency of education internship and personal professional quality, as well as ourcountry’s pre-school education and the future development of higher normal colleges. Based on the above understanding, this research mainly studies the five-year pre-schooleducation internship management by applying literature method and survey method. The purposeof the research is to put forward some suggestions for the future perfection of pre-schooleducational internship management through reflection of the shortcomings existing in theeducational internship management.The body of the article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction whichintroduce the reason of selecting the topic and the research purpose and meaning. The relatedliterature at home and abroad, the definitions of relevant concepts and research methods are alsointroduced in this part. The second part is the investigation on the current pre-school educationalinternship management. The investigation was carried out in Heze College. The interns, tutorsand management institutions are the objects. The author, by tracking the whole internshipprocess, got to know the internship effects and finally summarized and analyzed the investigationdata. Consequently, the author found out the outstanding problems existing in the currenteducational internship management. The third par is to find out and analyze the causes of theseoutstanding problems. The fourth part is about the suggestions on how to improve the currentpre-school educational internship management. The author put forward the improvementmeasures for the educational internship management according to the problems existing in thecurrent pre-school educational internship management.
