The nine-year school is compulsory education reform and development in the new product,is a kind of new educational model and educational system,first started in the 80 s of the last century in Shanghai. At present, China’s nine-year school has certain development, some areas has created a nine-year schools, and achieved certain results. But generally speaking,our country’s nine year consistent school is still in a primary stage of exploration, and in practice, there are still a lot of problems. Although the nine-year consistent system of schools for the level of education in our country promotion of primary and secondary school students, junior high school entrance pressure relief, social and national development has a strong role in promoting, but still there are efforts to implement the difference, the difficulty of school management, grade poor convergence, resource sub use and other issues. So for nine years of school education and management of the exploration and optimization, for our current education situation, it is very necessary. Through the nine-year school educational administration research, in order to find out the existing problems,and put forward aiming at the optimization recommendations to the development of education in our country’s nine-year school provide some help.This paper mainly from nine parts to five years of consistent system of school related issues. The first chapter introduces the background, significance, purpose and methods of this research, at the same time, at the same time, the research results of nine years of school related research at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed. The second chapter for nine years consistent system of the core concepts related to the definition, and from the system science, psychology and sociology etc. subject for some theoretical basis, in order to provide theoretical basis for the research. The third chapter is mainly about the current situation and problems of the nine year consistent system of school. The fourth chapter mainly aims at the problems of the nine year consistent system,and strive to the development of the theory and practice of our country’s nine-year school education and management of the plays the role of adding fuel to the flames.
