Paul Halmos is a celebrated contemporary American mathematician. He said questions are the core of mathematics. The development of mathematics is putting forward by many problems and solutions.Fresh blood is added to the subject during the process.Every student will participate in learning and also feel the mathematical process under the mathematical model“interpretation, application and development”.The author of this article adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and case analysis which based on reviewing the related literature at home and abroad comprehensively,to investigate and analyze Problem situation creation Status in the front line of teaching in Lanzhou. Finally under the guidance of related principles, the author put forward a number of high school mathematical-problem situation creation teaching strategy. This paper mainly studied the following three questions:(1)What is the status of high school mathematical-problem situation creation teaching?(2)What are the principles of high school mathematical-problem situation creation teaching?(3)What are the strategies of high school mathematical-problem situation creation teaching? The paper comes to the following conclusions:(1)We can affirm that teachers have become aware of the necessity of problem situation creation and have paid more attention to it.However, they have not studied into the subject enough.(2)High school mathematical-problem situation creation teaching mainly include the following principles:(1)interesting principle;(2)Principle of life;(3)the old and new knowledge connection principle;(4)multiple Setting principle;(5)principle of variety.(3)High school mathematical-problem situation creation teaching mainly include the following strategies:(1)strategies to adapt to the characteristics of students;(2)strategies close to real life situation to stimulate students interest;(3)strategies based on the problems of subject itself;(4)strategies combines students' physical and mental development rule;(5)strategies of visualizations through multimedia technology.
