Study On The Crisis Management Of Food Safety In Compulsory Education Schools

Compulsory education school is an important part of the society.As a place where people are highly concentrated and students' self protection ability is weak,the compulsory education schools are often the food safety crisis prone areas.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of food safety crisis in the compulsory education school.Through referring to the general crisis management concept,the concept of crisis management is introduced into the school food safety management,combined with risk early warning,risk disaster crisis management system,food safety HACCP and other food safety management theory,based on the characteristics of school itself,establish a set of effective food safety crisis management mechanism,develop the school food safety crisis management strategy,and to ensure the steady development of compulsory education school building.This paper takes the theory of crisis management as the guidance,taking Xuyi County of Jiangsu Province as an example,through the compulsory education school food safety crisis related performance analysis: compulsory education school food safety management main body is not diversified,safety supervision,safety risk prevention awareness,financial investment,personnel professional level is not high.Based on the above theories,the study of food safety crisis management in the school is to learn from the experience of foreign food safety management.Two is to establish the advanced concept,risk and prevention consciousness,form the emergency and governance mechanism;four is to establish the food safety supervision system of compulsory education school,and five is to establish the food safety crisis.In order to protect food safety and enhance the school food safety prevention ability and response ability.
