Moral education is an important part of the Finnish school education.It is the purpose of moral education to enable students to master "soft power" for the future in the basic education stage.Therefore,to establish a correct world outlook and to grow into a tolerant and justice Finnish citizen is the proper meaning of moral education.Why Finnish maintain higher happiness index,lowest crime rate as well,can it be attributed to the school's successful moral education? Based on these questions,the author did some research when studying in Finland,it helps fill in the gaps in our understanding of Finnish moral education.It also conveys lessons learned from the Finnish moral education in my own experience.This article will mainly use foreign related literature to expound the concept,content,core characteristics and implementation path of Finnish moral education,and then summarize the feasible methods for improving moral education in China.This article systematically elaborates on the moral education in Finland.In the first part,the concept of moral education was firstly clarified,and the concept of moral education in Finland was summarized in four aspects.Moral education goal is the starting point of moral education and the end result of its decision to the moral content,methods and assessment,management and a series of related problems;The second part of this article does some classified research of Finland moral education content.Education goals determine the contents of education.In Finland,moral education is hidden in different subjects,centered on how to cultivate a "all-round developing Finnish citizen",the basic objective in accordance with the moral,religious and political science of the start.The third part summarizes the basic characteristics of moral education in Finland.Among them,religious belief plays an irreplaceable role in the development of students' morality.Therefore,religious education runs through school education.Not only that,the school's trust culture makes teachers have great autonomy,and is also conducive to the diversification of education.It is one of the basic characteristics of moral education in Finland.The fourth part elaborates the implementation of the Finnish moral education,mainly through the penetration of other disciplines,the implementation of a large number of extracurricular activities,psychological counseling,and the campus cultural environment.The fifth part is based on the experience and lessons learned from the analysis of the previous sections on the theory and practice of Finnish moral education.It analyzes the reasons for its success and faces some problems at the same time.It provides thoughts and lessons for the problems existing in moral education in China model.
