Since twentieth Century,kindergartens are increasingly in the era of public relations integration management.The relationship between kindergarten and family has become the core of the coordinated development of public relations.Home cooperation has become an important trend in the development of preschool education.In the context of social and economic development,the change of family care demand caused by the change of family structure makes the corresponding response,promoting the construction of the new homestead cooperative system mechanism and promoting the benign cooperation between the kindergarten and the family has become an important problem that the early educators need to solve.Reform has been a prominent feature in the field of preschool education.As the leader of kindergarten,the head of kindergarten is the key factor of kindergarten transformation.It can establish good interpersonal relationship with family and community on the basis of dialogue,communication and mutual benefit,and promote the common participation of teachers,parents and community members on the basis of dialogue,exchange and reciprocity and mutual benefit.Kindergarten Parents' work is directly influenced by their scientificity,rationality and effectiveness.However,the lack of preschool education in our country can promote the gradual and systematic implementation of the leadership function of the proper reform.As the key to realizing the kindergarten homestead cooperation,the leader has been neglected.Therefore,based on the leadership theory,this research adopts the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the physical analysis method to study the status of the home cooperation leadership of the director of a garden director's training center,striving to present the status of the leader of the garden leader in the home cooperation,analyzing the existing problems and exploring the influencing factors.A strategy to improve the leadership of the head of the garden.The first part: this part mainly collated and analyzed the related literature of kindergarten home cooperation and the leadership of the garden(school),and provided experience preparation for this study.The second part: this part mainly analyzes the important value of the home cooperation in the kindergarten management,and explains the value of the three main bodies of children,teachers and kindergartens from home cooperation.On this basis,it analyzes the structural elements of the leader's leadership in the home cooperation.The third part: through the descriptive analysis of the questionnaire survey data,this paper presents the specific situation and differences of the leaders of the garden leader in home cooperation,and finds out the problems in the analysis of the interview data and the analysis of the narrative data of the director of the garden.The fourth part: in view of the existing problems,the author makes an explanatory analysis from the personal quality of the director,the leadership environment of the home cooperation,the teachers and the parents,so as to provide support for the proposal.The fifth part: in view of the problems existing in the leadership of the garden leader in home cooperation,this part tries to improve the leadership of the garden,to improve the leadership of the value,to balance the leadership of the structure,to realize the integration of the internal and external,to improve the quality of the teachers,to promote the professional growth,to share the leadership function and to promote the management of democracy,to promote the leadership of the director.Effective strategy.
