Research On Employment Countermeasures Of Graduates From Dalian Private Vocational Colleges Under The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

In recent years,Liaoning province focuses on the transformation and development of power assisting,focusing on the structural reform of the supply side of higher schools by using the industry enterprises and the magnifying glass of the social demand side,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the supply of talents.The increase in the number of college graduates and the challenge of the structural imbalance of employment make the graduates of private vocational colleges in the weak position of employment face greater employment pressure in the process of employment.How to promote the full employment of graduates from private higher vocational colleges has become an important issue concerned by private higher vocational colleges and local governments.This paper systematically analyzes the requirements of the optimal allocation of labor force on the supply side economic reform,guided by human capital theory and career theory.Based on five private vocational colleges in Dalian,to analyze the problems existing in the employment process of the graduates of private higher vocational colleges.In view of the research of employing units,to understand the change of talent demand in the context of economic structural reform and the evaluation of graduates in private vocational colleges,and analyze the reasons for the imbalance of labor demand structure.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey of the recent three graduates of the five private vocational colleges to understand the confusion of the graduates in the job and career.From the government,the private vocational colleges,the unit of choose and employ persons and graduates from four aspects analyzes the reason why there are imbalances in the process of labor supply.Finally,according to the demands of the society on labor force in the context of the new form and new mode,the government promoted education level of modern profession;the personnel training program of private higher vocational colleges revised and improved the employment service;the employer strengthens the school-enterprise cooperation;graduates improve their employability and improve career planning.The aim is to realize the successful employment and sustainable employment of graduates in private vocational colleges through the joint efforts of both supply and demand.
