The Study On The Impact Of The Supply-side Structural Reform On Employment In China

As China's economic growth slowing down,China enter the new normal.At this stage,China's economy presents some obvious stage characteristics.There are some serious structural problems in China,which poses challenges for economic development,and causes the block of solving the employment problem and easing the employment pressure.Supply-side structural reform acts from the supply side,with the way of reform to deal with the current trend of economic development,promote structural adjustment,improve people's living standards.In the process of reform,whether it will impact on employment and how to affect the employment,this is a question of this article to study.Through the literature,we found that the economic growth,industrial structure,capital deepening,and technological progress,system mechanism and so on will have an effect on employment,at the same time,based on the introduction of the supplyside structural reform and combined with several aspects of the supply-side structural reform,we made a systematic analysis of the mechanism of the impact of supply-side structural reform on the employment,then based on the analysis of the mechanism in the former and the period of the supply-side structural reform progress,we decompose the employment changes into three phases,analyses the characteristics of the three stages of the employment and put forward the employment stages hypotheses.Then we use the experience data of the supply-side reform of China to verify the hypothesis that is proposed before.Finally,according to the analysis above and the international experience of the supply-side reform,we put forward some suggestions from the five aspect of the transformation of the mode of growth,adjustment the industrial structure,system mechanism reform,improving the labor quality,perfecting the social security in order to help supply side stable employment during the supply-side structural reform.
