Research On The Employment Problems Of College Students Under The Background Of Supply-side Structural Reform

Under the supply-side structural reform background,the college students'job market in China still has the following problems.For example,the total employment supply and demand is unbalanced,structural contradiction in employment supply and demand,uneven proportion of region employment and so on.This kind of problem reduced the employment quality of college students,seriously restricted the realization of full employment of college students,weaken the effectiveness of human capital investment.It will affect the country's political stability,economic restructuring and social harmony.Since the implementation of supply-side structural reforms,in the short term,China's economic growth rate is slow,and cause the lack of synergism between college students'employment supply and demand.It also intensify the structural contradiction of College Students' Employment.The main reasons are followings:the national policy to promote the employment of college students is not pertinent;the circulation of public employment information is not smooth;insufficient supervision of colleges and universities and the enrollment scale and employment demand are asymmetric.Macro regulation of economic restructure is not in order.The mode of talent training in university lags behind the adjustment of industrial restructuring and there is a deviation employment guidance.The standard of enterprise employment is not reasonable;the new job creation ability is insufficient and the subjective consciousness of the enterprises participate in the employment of College Students is relatively weak.The lack of College Students'self-awareness,career planning ability and short of the initiative in training employment ability.Based on the above-mentioned that college students' employment problems and reasons,based on the perspective of the structural reform of the supply side,this paper tries best to put forward that we should advance the reform of university education supply-side,promote the human capital of College Students.Stimulating demand in the labor market,effectively balance the relationship between supply and demand of College Students' employment,to effectively solve the problem of college students' employment.
