Research On Management Of Entrepreneurship Education In Fujian Undergraduate Universities

Innovation and entrepreneurship is the driving force of national and social development.It is a great cause that a nation needs to promote.In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,education is not only the necessary content of education,but also the key to the comprehensive reform of education in China.As a result of the late start,the practice and experience have not accumulated enough,and there is no deep understanding of education management system.There are many problems in management philosophy of the operation mechanism,curriculum management,park operation and government docking.It is necessary to further study the management of education of entrepreneurship.This article has combed the current domestic and foreign research literature.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of education management in universities and colleges by using questionnaire survey and field visit as the main body of universities in fujian province,and probes into the causes of problems.By comparing the three characteristics of education management with American universities,this paper proposes to optimize the management of education management in fujian province,and draws the following conclusions.First,delineate the connotations and characteristics of entrepreneurship education,and analyze the situation of entrepreneurship education management work in colleges in fujian province and the main problem.The new situation brought development opportunities for entrepreneurship education.Countries introduced encouraging college students entrepreneurship policy.Various universities established college students pioneer park.But the public is still cautious,entrepreneurial atmosphere on campus has not really formed.To find its reason,mainly to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities management lack the correct positioning.The management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities lack of correct positioning,curriculum education system is not enough system.The establishment of the pioneer park and society is divorced,it is difficult to adapt to the development of the new situation.Government departments and universities have not formed an effective docking mechanism,the relevant policies are not in place.Second,this paper analyzes the implementation of the management of university entrepreneurship education in the United States.It has experienced four stages of development,taking root in the American colleges and universities management system,forming three unique entrepreneurial education management characteristics.It namely pay attention to the combination of education with practice,the unified operation management and the build of entrepreneurial atmosphere.On the system safeguard,the entrepreneurship education management with the government’s attention and the help of social organization,formed a benign communication system.Third,the article proposes some suggestions to optimize entrepreneurship education at universities in Fujian province,including: Building up scientific concept of entrepreneurship education,instituting a sound operation and management mechanism for entrepreneurship education,strengthening theoretical research for entrepreneurship education,building complete curricular system for entrepreneurship education,setting up college students’ business incubation gardens geared to the needs of market,creating good environment for entrepreneurship atmosphere,planning as a whole the management departments by the local governments.
