| With China’s on-going economic transformation,talents with applied-oriented,integrated-oriented or multi-skills are becoming more and more welcomed by the society.Under this background,the management of higher education has been classified.Universities and colleges have been scientifically orienting themselves to this trend on the basis of their conditions,thereby forming their own character of university governance.Therefore,local undergraduate universities in Fujian Province have been quickening the pace of transformation and development for the sake of adapting to this new situation.Industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the important ways for local undergraduate universities in their transformation to become applied-oriented universities.It is also an important carrier for these higher institutions to strengthen their integration with enterprises to educate students collaboratively.All of these are of significance in promoting enterprise brand,improving the quality of employment for universities,and accelerating the connotative development for these universities.The thesis focuses on the study of the school-enterprise cooperation.After reviewing related literatures about school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,the author illustrates relevant concepts and theories,thereby paving ways for following research.The main part of this thesis exemplifies the cooperative education between XX University and the enterprises.Firstly the author introduces the current situation of the cooperation.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey and the interview related to school administrators,teachers,students and enterprise personnel,the author points out specific issues and problems occurred during the cooperation.Thirdly,the author analyzes and discusses sources of the problems,from five aspects including the government,school,enterprises,industry and students.After thoroughly learning from the successful practices of domestic and international school-enterprise cooperation,the author puts forward countermeasure of pushing forward school-enterprise cooperation from five aspects,collaborates the ways of how this mode works,summarizes its features and predicts its prospect. |
