With the development of the world,the level of country's innovation has become more and more important to the embodiment of the country's comprehensive strength.What's more,China is putting the construction of an innovation oriented country into the core position of the national development strategy.At present,it is the most effective way to improve the comprehensive strength of China by training high-quality talents.Among them,graduate students play a crucial role in the process of building an innovative country.However,the cultivation of innovative ability of Postgraduates in China does not match the needs of the construction of innovative nation,and it can not meet the needs of the national development.So how to better cultivate postgraduates' ability of knowledge innovation is very important to the development of the nation.At present,the way of postgraduates' cultivation in China is mainly based on the tutor system.Instructors play an important role in the process of postgraduate training.However,in the study aiming at postgraduates' knowledge innovation,there is a lack of study on the relationship between supervisor-postgraduate matching and postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation from the perspective of the supervisor-postgraduate matching.Therefore,according to present researches on postgraduates' knowledge innovation,combined with the social cognitive theory and social exchange theory,based on matching theory,this article analyses the relationship between supervisor-postgraduate matching and postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation from consistency and complementarity.Supervisorpostgraduate consistent matching analyses the relationship between supervisorpostgraduate consistent matching and postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation through the value concept,goal and character.Supervisor-postgraduate complementary matching analyses the relationship between supervisor-postgraduate complementary matching and postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation through supervisor-postgraduate demand matching,ability matching and emotion matching.In addition,this study takes the innovative self-efficacy as an intermediary variable to analyze the mediating role between the teacher-student relationship and the knowledge innovation of postgraduates.In this paper,through regression analysis,the value matching,character matching and aim matching in supervisor-postgraduate consistent matching have a significant positive effect on postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation.The demand matching,ability matching and emotion matching in Supervisor-postgraduate complementary matching have a significantly positive effect on postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation.Innovative self-efficacy is the completely intermediary variable factor of supervisor-postgraduate consistent matching and postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation while the partly intermediary variable factor of supervisor-postgraduate complementary matching and postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation.According to the above conclusions,the study aims at how to better develop the tutor system through the matching relationship between tutors and postgraduates,improve postgraduates' performance of knowledge innovation more effectively,spread some discussion and put forward some suggestions,in order to provide some reference for postgraduates in colleges and universities in training mode,promote the postgraduates' innovation capability and meet China's demand for innovative talents.
