With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the rapid development of Internet technology,information has exploded,which has enriched the knowledge resources but at the same time improved the difficulty of knowledge organization.Learners' demands for knowledge management and organization are increasing day by day,and knowledge management ability has become a competitive skill that contemporary people must possess.In particular,the university graduate group has a high-quality education foundation and masters the frontier knowledge of the discipline.It is in an important period of rapid knowledge accumulation.Personal knowledge management can not only improve its knowledge system,but also improve its core competitiveness.In order to achieve better personal knowledge management effects,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of graduate personal knowledge management performance,so as to provide effective guidance of practical application.First of all,this study systematically combs and analyzes relevant literatures at home and abroad,and redefines the concepts of postgraduate personal knowledge management performance in combination with the characteristics of research objects.Secondly,the performance-related theory and knowledge management relationship model are introduced as the basis of theoretical model construction,and the key influencing factors of postgraduate personal knowledge management performance are preliminarily identified.At the same time,the specific influencing factors are further determined by case study interview method and the theoretical model of this paper is constructed.Each variable of the model is described and defined and the research hypotheses are presented in turn.Thirdly,combined with the characteristics of graduate students,based on the previously verified scales,the research measurement scales and questionnaires were designed,and questionnaires were distributed to graduate students of four research universities in China and 210 valid questionnaires were collected.The SPSS20.0 and smartPLS2.0 tools were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the sample data,structural equation model analysis,and analyze the mediation effect.The conclusions of the final empirical study are as follows:(1)Knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge sharing all positively affect the performance of graduate personal knowledge management.(2)Organizational culture positively affects the performance of postgraduate personal knowledge management.(3)The self-efficacy of graduate students positively affects knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing,and has no significant impact on knowledge integration.(4)The personal knowledge structure of graduate students positively affects knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration,and has no significant impact on knowledge sharing.(5)Knowledge management tools are positively affecting knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge sharing.(6)Organizational culture positively affects knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge sharing.In addition,the mediating effects of knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge sharing are significant.Taking the above research as the theoretical basis,this study proposes the promotion strategy of individual knowledge management performance of postgraduate students from the aspects of personal knowledge management process and organizational culture of colleges and universities,thus promoting the efficient development of postgraduate personal knowledge management activities.
