As one of the Physical Education Teaching,the Sport Education Mode takes the direct instruction of the teacher,the cooperative learning and the partner learning as the learning method,takes the fixed group,the role play as the organization form,and takes the competition as the main line in the whole teaching process.To provide students with different levels of sports and colorful sports experience.It is a new idea to study the reform of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities by introducing the Sport education mode into the Physical Education Teaching.As Chinese traditional sports event,Martial arts has been attached great importance by the government and relevant education departments over the years,and it is also introduced as a sports event in the physical education curriculum of primary,middle schools and universities.Especially in college sports classes,martial arts are extraordinary popular among students,and its development is better.Through literature review and expert interviews,it is found that the traditional teaching mode is more advantageous in the teaching of Martial arts,but with the overall development of students' personality psychology and the improvement of teaching and scientific research level.The traditional teaching model has gradually appeared some disadvantages,such as single teaching method,lack of positive classroom atmosphere,neglecting students' subject position and the cultivation of students 'cooperation ability.Aiming at these problems,this paper applies the Sport Education Model to the teaching of Martial arts in ordinary colleges and universities.By using the methods of group cooperative learning,distributing and holding different roles,we can cultivate students' ability of communication and cooperation,and highlight the status of students as the main body.And summarized more reasonable,effective Martial arts teaching mode,To provide reference for the better implementation of Martial arts teaching in ordinary colleges and universities.This paper adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Analysis of the theoretical basis as well as the feasibility and necessity of practice for the application of Sport Education Mode to Martial arts teaching in colleges and universities.This paper applies Education Mode Teaching to design the Martial arts course in ordinary colleges and universities,and applies it to the specific Martial arts elective course.The conclusions are as follow:(1)The application of Sport Education Mode in Martial arts course of ordinary colleges and universities is helpful to bring into play the students' autonomous learning ability,improve the students' achievements in martial arts techniques and promote the balanced development of the whole technical level within the class.(2)The application of Sport Education Mode in Martial arts course of ordinary colleges and universities helps to improve students' interest in learning,enhance their sense of athletic achievement and subjective ability,reduce the pressure and tension of practice,so as to improve the students' internal motivation.(3)The application of Sport Education Mode in Martial arts course of ordinary colleges and universities helps to cultivate students' consciousness of fair competition and social adaptability,to improve students' interpersonal relationship,physical condition,anxiety and depression.so as to promote the overall mental health of students to be significantly improved.(4)The application of Sport Education Mode in Martial arts course of ordinary colleges and universities is helpful to promote the harmony between students and students as well as the relationship between teachers and students,increase teaching enthusiasm and amount of homework,enhance group interaction,so as to improve the quality and effect of teaching.(5)The teaching theory foundation,teaching objectives,teaching process structure,teaching strategies and teaching evaluation framework of Martial arts education mode in ordinary colleges and universities are established preliminarily,which provide references for the application of Sport Education Mode in Martial arts course of colleges and universities.
