Aerobics Department belongs to the sports group of unattractive sports,which is loved by young students,especially female college students,because of its graceful movement and good fitness effect.Through relevant literature and teaching practice,it is found that the application of traditional teaching mode in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities plays a significant role in giving full play to the leading role of teachers and the systematic teaching of technical actions.However,with the needs of students' psychological development and the improvement of physical education teaching level,the traditional teaching mode gradually appeared some deficiencies.For example,the teaching method is unitary,too much attention is paid to the teaching of technology,and the cultivation of students' method and autonomous learning ability is neglected.To some extent,these problems will affect the students' enthusiasm and attitude towards aerobics courses.Learning interest is the premise to improve the effectiveness of teaching quality.Therefore,it is the main task of teaching to provide students with appropriate learning methods and stimulate students' participation in learning.In view of these problems,this paper attempts to introduce the five-star teaching model into the aerobics curriculum.This research adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.which focus on the teaching principle of the five-star teaching model and combining the characteristics of aerobics teaching,the specific task is to study the prescribed routine of aerobics and create a combination of aerobics.After a semester of teaching practice to obtain experimental data,and through quantitative and qualitative analysis to verify the application of the five-star teaching model in aerobics elective teaching in colleges and universities.The results are as follows:(1)Combined with the teaching characteristics of aerobics,the five-star teaching mode is redefined.(2)The teaching design principle of Aerobics Course Based on the five star teaching mode should follow the combination of the teacher's dominance and the principle of students' subjectivity,the combination of practical and creative principles,the combination of systematic and progressive principles,the combination of independence and cooperative inquiry and the principle of adaptability.The teaching of Aerobics should be applied to the teaching of Aerobics by the five star teachingmodel.Timing should be analyzed from five aspects: teaching environment,students' needs,teaching objects,teaching objectives and teaching contents.(3)Through the five-star teaching model,the technical assessment results of the experimental group students have been significantly improved,especially the level of proficiency and expressiveness of the movement;at the same time,in the teaching of aerobics based on the five-star teaching model,the students' attitude of learning participation,The ability of independent creation has been greatly improved,which lays a good foundation for cultivating students' habit of lifelong physical education and has certain practical significance for building an innovative society.
