| The concept of curriculum thinking politics is fully promoted in colleges and universities,and aerobics has gradually become one of the popular courses in colleges and universities,therefore,it is necessary to integrate thinking politics elements in aerobics courses.This study is based on the concept of Civic Government in aerobics,with the goal of "building moral character",and mainly uses questionnaires,interviews,Delphi method,teaching experiments and other research methods to study the construction of Civic Government elements in aerobics public elective courses,the teaching design and practice of integrating Civic Government into aerobics public elective courses.The students in two public elective classes of Wenzhou Medical University are the subjects of the experiment.According to the characteristics of aerobics course,the students were able to sort out and construct the elements of Civics in aerobics course,and design the teaching objectives,contents,methods,process and evaluation based on the concept of Civics in the course,so as to explore the integration of the public elective aerobics course and Civics in the course.The findings of the study are as follows.(1)The system of the elements of the curriculum Civics of the public elective class of aerobics in colleges and universities was sorted out and constructed.Through the literature method and interview method to sort out the thought-policy elements of aerobics course,and after two rounds of Delphi method to construct the thought-policy elements of aerobics public elective course,we finally constructed eight first-level indicators of national sentiment,national consciousness,aesthetic ability,sports spirit,social norm,health consciousness,innovation spirit,rule consciousness and patriotism,cultural confidence,national spirit,national culture,aesthetic sensibility,aesthetic appreciation,aesthetic expression,aesthetic creativity,team spirit,will quality,self-efficacy,sports ideals and beliefs,sports ethics,social responsibility,behavioral norms,mental health,physical health,physical self-esteem,social adaptability,creative thinking,innovative ability,discipline and code,fairness and justice,and other 23 secondary indicators.(2)Practice explored the path of implementing the Civic Government in the public elective course of aerobics in colleges and universities.This study explores the implementation paths of the Civic Government of public elective aerobics courses in colleges and universities at the meso level and the micro level respectively.At the meso level,the teaching design of the public elective aerobics course in colleges and universities is optimized in terms of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching process and teaching evaluation,i.e.,the implementation path of the public elective aerobics course in colleges and universities,which is manifested in the formulation of "emotion and thought politics" objectives using PBL teaching method for students to lead Warm-up exercises and relaxation,watching videos of aerobics athletes before class,group practice,classroom group presentation and mutual evaluation,etc.At the micro level,after teaching practice,the teaching design of public elective aerobics classes in colleges and universities based on curriculum thinking and politics has a positive effect in promoting aerobics sports skills,physical quality,patriotism,cooperation,self-efficacy,social adaptability,social responsibility,psychological resilience and physical self-esteem,with good realistic operability and effectiveness.On the basis of this study,corresponding recommendations were made at the school and teacher levels,respectively.The recommendations for schools are to strongly support the construction of the system of thinking politics in the curriculum,increase the financial investment,advocate the integration of the concept of thinking politics in all physical education courses,establish a monitoring mechanism,strengthen the training of teachers in thinking politics,and implement the teaching practice of thinking politics teaching according to the characteristics of different programs.The suggestions for teachers are to consciously and actively combine their teaching with the national policy needs,actively explore the resources of the aerobics course in thinking and politics,actively explore the path of thinking and politics practice in aerobics course,pay attention to the addition of teaching contents for thinking and politics elements,improve teaching objectives,innovate teaching methods,combine theory and practice,and accumulate experience in practice. |
