| China’s private education has been developed vigorously,and made great accomplishments.But there are also many problems and shortcomings in the process of development.Private education,different from the state public schools,need make the decision for recruitment by itself and self-financing,These years,the private schools make great processes.The recruitment is a key factor for the school’s survival and development.A better teamwork of teachers plays a role impact on school competitiveness and breakthroughs.Talents are priorities in the development of education,.The key to the development of vocational education is to establish and improve a scientific and efficient incentive mechanism.Incentive mechanism can meet the needs of personal and school development,make the schools and teachers achieve their goals in common.Therefore,the study of incentive mechanism of private school teachers has theoretical and practical significance.This study initially established the analytical framework of the incentive mechanism of private education,depend on the literature research.the text through the analysis of the school management system for teachers and administrators issued questionnaires,analysis of the school system itself,understand the satisfaction degree of the teacher on the incentive mechanism,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing school management problems and causes,and put forward the improvement strategy,expected to provide relevant recommendations for the school reform and long-term development,also in order to give the Kunming WS school in Yunnan province in the vocational education schools similar process of private secondary schools to provide practical reference.This paper is a case study.The research results are not representative and applicable universally,however I hope it can provide some references and suggestions for other private vocational schools. |
