The construction of private universities in China has experienced more than 30 years of development and has become an important part of China’s higher education.In recent years,thanks to the support of national policies,private colleges and universities maintain a good development trend.However,due to the expansion of public universities and the decline in the number of students,private universities are facing great challenges.Teachers are the core of private colleges and high quality teachers are the key to the stable development of private colleges and universities.Private colleges teachers generally poor stability,fluidity big,low social recognition,and teachers’ work enthusiasm is not high,the cause of this phenomenon is mainly run by the local university internal management mechanism is not comprehensive,especially on the teachers’ incentive methods to develop and implement exists many problems,seriously restricted the sustainable development of private colleges.This paper takes the yinchuan college of China mining university as an example,takes the management theory and incentive theory as the starting point,and makes an in-depth analysis of the current incentive mechanism and existing problems of teachers in yinchuan college of China mining university by referring to the research on teacher incentive at home and abroad.By using the method of questionnaire investigation and analysis of college teachers’ job satisfaction and influence the key motivation of teachers,combined with the college development goals and strategies,from the teachers’ salary incentive and promotion incentives,training,incentive,spirit incentive and supervision and security system to carry on the design,build a suitable for mine in yinchuan college teachers incentive mechanism,to cultivate excellent teachers team,to attract high-quality talent.The existing problems of teacher incentive mechanism in yinchuan college of China mining university have their particularity,which also reflects certain commonness.It is hoped that the research of this topic can provide certain reference value for the establishment of incentive mechanism for teachers in similar private colleges and universities.
