"Staff is the most important assets of the enterprise organization",with the deepening of China's market economy,enterprise competition is increasingly fierce,human resources as dominant factor of the most dynamic competitiveness,early in the enterprise become the important strategic competition resources,run by the local art education school is no exception.Since the 1980 s,private art education in our country is booming,many types of level of education run by the local art form,inject fresh blood in the education system in our country,has opened up a new world of art education and quality education.Private art schools and training institutions in the teachers' competition,high turnover problems generally art teacher,art teacher team construction and departure research highlights the important problem.This article mainly analyzes the analysis of the causes of teachers' psychological needs and leave,use of limited resources,promote the teachers and staff,establish a set of perfect effective human resources incentive mechanism,fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,a stable expand teachers,eventually improve school teaching quality and teaching efficiency.this paper is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter introduction part,the thesis research background and significance of introduction paper selected topic research framework and research methods;the second chapter introduces departure of human resources and incentive theory overview:introduction about private art teacher human capital Source departure theory and incentive theory and studies the definition of content;the third chapter introduces the development of private art school,the teachers troop structure,the particularity and art teacher human resources management present situation,put forward the existing problems in school to leave impact assessment;the fourth chapter analysis through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods such as investigation and study,this paper analyzes the reasons of private art school art teacher leave;the fifth chapter raises scheme:stability and optimization of the school teachers put forward improvement schemes,introduced from recruitment,Talent to the teachers in school work belonging to establish and carry out the effective incentive schemes,and effective,Scheme of safeguard measures;Chapter vi improved analysis:the analysis was based on XGZ school of art,stability and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme optimization of art teachers,and with the same industry.Chapter vii conclusion and outlook:through to the departure of private art school problems and discussions of the solution Investigate and get the art teacher's departure psychological motivation and effective incentive policy enforcement,thereby reducing the people running a school.High school art teacher talent turnover.
