In the 21 st century,higher education plays an important role in cultivating creative talents with innovative ideas,competitive awareness and all-round development.With the promulgation of the "Teaching Guidance Outline for PE Courses in Colleges and Universities",colleges and universities have further accelerated the pace of education reform.As an important part of college education,physical education plays an important role and value in cultivating the quality of students' will,teaching fitness skills,improving the quality of the body and psychological process.In the new era of college physical education,not only to teach students sports skills,and should establish the guiding ideology of lifelong physical education,through the students 'good sense of sports,physical education ability to promote the overall development of students' physical and mental.Therefore,the innovation and development of basketball teaching has become a topic of concern to contemporary college workers.It has the advantages of paying attention to students' subjective consciousness,making students' concepts,judgments and skills form on their own,and is more effective for students to master motor skills,Shaping lifelong sports awareness provides a new teaching model and path.Based on the experiential teaching theory and methods,this article takes the first-year students of non-sports major in Changzhou Normal University as the experimental subjects,and uses the literature data method,the control experiment method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis.The law,the comparative experiment of experiential basketball teaching,to verify and experiential teaching method has the special significance and the implementation method in the ordinary college basketball teaching.The research conclusions include:(1)The research found that students in traditional basketball classes often receive passive knowledge and skills.Teachers often pay attention to the teaching of a single technology,which leads students to be unwilling to actively participate in basketball.(2)Design and implement experiential basketball teaching for experimental class students,and confirm that the new teaching design hasimproved students' motor skills,physical fitness,and psychological quality.Compared with the control group,students in the experimental group had significant advantages in physical fitness,basketball skills and tactics,and sports attitude after a period of experiential teaching.(3)Experiments have found that basketball experiential teaching based on competition actual combat enables students to participate in real and rich competition activities,which is conducive to improving students' basketball interests and technical and tactical levels.(4)The implementation of the experimental course found that there is still room for further improvement in the experiential basketball teaching design,which can be fine-tuned according to the actual situation of the students.On this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the development of college basketball teaching:(1)Teachers should have new role for the learners;(2)The teaching design of basketball courses should be continuously improved;(3)Emphasize the creation of rich and varied experiential teaching situations;(4)Strengthen the guidance of student reflection in experiential teaching;(5)Pay attention to the cultivation of students' basketball humanistic qualities.
