The outline of the national mid and long-term reform and development(2010-2020)officially promulgated in july 2010,it have made a more explicit provisions on compulsory education.This outline pointed out that the schoolwork burden on the primary and middle school students must be reduced and " burden" should be carried out in all aspects of the education teaching so as to give the students enough time to understand social,deep thinking,hands-on practice,fitness entertainment.As the major front of the education teaching,classroom teaching has been subjected to the attention of educators and researchers in China.Exercises,an important links in teaching process,is the extension of classroom teaching and supplement.It' is the way for students to master knowledge and improve ability as well as the powerful means to find out the feedback from teaching information and to check the teachers' teaching effects.In our country,homework is a major source of the schoolwork burden on the primary and middle school students it is limited to be decorated and is completed,the researcher is not much.According to the survey,the current chemistry homework is not synchronized with new curriculum reform,still follow the old course,such as monotone homework forms,utilitarian purpose,solidified content,definite answer,monotonous evaluation,etc.these problems seriously affected the students' learning interest and enthusiasm,reduced the efficiency of classroom teaching,more can't implement tri-dimensional goals of the new course.To solve the problem,promote the teaching,this paper carried out a study of junior high school chemistry new curriculum assignment design.This paper divides into four parts.The first part expounds the origin of this paper,the significance and the research method,and defines some core concepts.The second part illustrates the theoretical basis of this study,such as constructivism theory,cognitive theory,multiple intelligence theory,cognitive load theory,and the theory of developmental evaluation,etc.Third,based on literature reviews,the author investigated the current status of homework by questionnaires and analyzed the existing problems,and find the direction for further research.Combined with the specific case,the fourth part mainly elaborated the characteristics and strategy of senior chemistry new curriculum assignment design.Carried on the analysis and the discussion in the paper fifth part to the author's teaching practice of the chemistry homework design and effect analysis.The facts show that,homework design is helpful to implement the three-dimensional goals,not only contributing to improve the students' practical ability and develop students' personalized development and innovation spirit,but also helping to reduce the burden of the teachers and students and improve teaching quality.At last,the paper points out the inefficiency of this study,and puts some suggestions for the further study.
