University innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of college students' ideological and political education.As a subject with practical characteristics,ideological and political education,has the responsibility to constantly responding to the general concerns of the state and the practical problems that college students pay most attention to.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the new carrier and new demand for the development of theory and practice of ideological and political education in the new era,strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of improving the quality of ideological and political work.Therefore,the quality and level of innovation and entrepreneurship education also influence the level of ideological and political education to some extent.This research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system.Aim to put forward the construction strategy of education evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities.Form a innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system construction pattern quadrants,in order to contribute to the creation of an educational effectiveness evaluation system that matches the education characteristic of university innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,this study advances related research from the following perspectives:Part I: Basic theory research.In this study,the concepts,functions,principles and positioning of education evaluation are elaborated.Part II: Research on the universities' subjective perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and Universities.Analyze the current situation of the effect of the entrepreneurship rate;Introduce three evaluation methods of the results of entrepreneurial rate;Review the dimensions of the process evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education at the universities' level.Part III: Research on the students' subjective perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and Universities.Analyze the current situation of the effect of university subject;Build a process evaluation called 'pyramid model';Review the dimensions of the results evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education at the students' level.Part IV: Research on the construction strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system in Colleges and Universities.Put forward the changing direction of the evaluation concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities;And construct innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system construction pattern quadrants.It should be noted that in this study,the author does not construct a true evaluation index system for innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,it is to study the construction perspective of the education index system of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.The related dimensions are Worth studying,Being able to study,and Need to be studied.Try to answer Why to evaluate,How to evaluate,How to evaluate well of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
