| Education in our country is in a big era of reform.Education reforms are happening all the time.Basic education,as the basic composition of the education system,is necessary and difficult for reform.What’s more important is that teachers are the backbone and fundamental guarantee for the success of basic education reform..This article has no general laws,but presents a process in which an ordinary teacher actively or passively "embeds" China’s series of educational reforms through narrative research.It objectively reveals the development of primary school teachers’ education reforms in a certain level.The state of existence in the process expresses the teacher’s appeal in the education reform,making the teacher no longer a whisper,no longer an alienated executor in the process of reform,a vocalist,an initiative,committed to the realization of teacher education reform In order to reflect on how to achieve further success in our country’s basic education reform,we take a proactive role.This article uses narrative research to take the career of L teachers for 20 years as a clue,and experiences the major education reform events experienced by L teachers as an educator in education and teaching,revealing the passive state of survival of ordinary teachers in the process of basic education reform.The paper is roughly divided into four parts: The first part is the process of restoring the L teacher’s embarkation on the teacher’s position and the blueprint of the education reform experienced by the L teacher in the past 20 years of education and teaching career;the second part is the reform of L teacher experience in-depth analysis.The details of practice;the third part is to excavate the thinking and feelings of L teachers for various reforms;the fourth part is to reflect on the factors for the success of China’s basic education reform in the future.Through the method of narrative research,establishing a sense of identity among the majority of teachers,reflecting on and promoting their own consciousness of reform as the subject of education,making the policy and method more closely linked,so that researchers and researchers are generating meaning in the process of research.It also provides educational experience for educators engaged in education to provide lessons for the development of Chinese education. |
